  Background: Oleg and his family are planting a church. Oleg was a student in Dr. Jeff Hoy’s preaching class in Moscow and through his recommendation, and the partnership of Faith Fellowship Church we are supporting Oleg as one of our nationals.
    
  National's Vision: To plant a church in Domododevo outside Moscow where the Orthodox Church has a stronghold
