Who is a "NATIONAL"?

ASON defines "nationals" to be Christian leaders who spend their lives serving within their own culture, whether that be in their country of origin, or in another country.

For example, a Dominican pastor is a "national" whether he is ministering to Dominicans in the Dominican Republic or New York. A Cuban pastor is a "national" whether he is working in Miami with Cubans, or in Cuba.
