Dear friends,
These are exciting days for ASON with our recent move into a permanent home, our new communications and child sponsorship director, Mary Odom, joining our team, and two upcoming mission teams being planned.
We rely heavily on your prayers for this ministry because we know it is only in God's power that we can accomplish the work he has given us to do. Please join us in prayer for the following:
1 - Funds to landscape and renovate our office building. The house was built in the 60's and although it has been beautifully refurbished on the inside, the yard needs a great deal of work, including a sprinkler system and landscaping. We are also praying about how to best utilize our space for employees, volunteers and board meetings.
2 - A 2nd major project is in the planning stages in India and we need wisdom to know when to buy land and prayers to find the right location.
3 - Please pray for the 2 mission teams that are in the preparation stages - a team is going to Latvia July 13-23 to host a youth camp and a team is going to the Dominican Republic July 26 - August 7 to build a church for a Dominican pastor
