Background: |
When Ellen was preparing for the Bibles for Ghana project to saturate northern Ghana with the Bible, she received an e-mail from Pastor Charles requesting Bibles. She had no idea where he had gotten her e-mail address or heard about our project.
In the end, since Zuarungu was on our route we met and fellowshipped with Pastor Charles. As it turns out, he is THE leader assigned the task of saturation evangelism and church planting among the Frafra people of northern Ghana. His own extended family of 500 are now approximately 50% believers and 50% traditional religions. He is fulfilling his vision of planting churches and reaching the lost among the Frafra, educating the children and caring for orphans. He has received additional assistance from AfriKids. |

National's Vision: |
To reach the Frafra speaking people in Ghana for Christ. To establish a school for children and a church in his hometown and to evangelize using a bus and literature and preaching. |

How ASON is Assisting: |
1. Fundraising for a new bus
2. Planting seeds with churches and individuals to begin working on the physical buildings needed for his church and school that are already being established.
3. e-mails for encouragement
4. Personal visits for encouragement and prayer
5. Provision of Frafra NT and English Bibles for outreach and discipleship ministries
