Barry Barnhart
Presently:  Barry is a retired Air Force Flight Surgeon who lives with his wife, Joanne, in Rockledge, Florida.
Background:

After graduation from Temple University School of Medicine in 1967 and a year of internship, Barry was drafted into the Army for two years and served a year in Viet Nam as a Battalion Surgeon. He initially entered private practice in Maryland with his brother for ten years, then entered the Air Force, serving 18 more years before retiring with the rank of Colonel in 1997. He became Board Certified in Aerospace Medicine in 1992 and travelled extensively during his career. Current retirement activities include volunteer church work, Crown Financial counseling and training, and caring for elderly parents. He enjoys most sports but is an especially avid sailor with dreams of travel to "far away places".

Although Barry has no mission field experience, he is fully committed to ASON's philosophy and goals.
